　　核查工廠是否有并正在使用下列測試設(shè)備，做符合產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和適用相關(guān)兒童年齡段的測試。

　　1) 小部件測試儀（模擬兒童喉管）2) 鋒?尖點(diǎn)測試儀器3) 鋒?邊緣測試儀器根據(jù)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和適用年齡段，可能有些產(chǎn)品不需做這些測試。

　　 Toys and Children's Hardgoods productPlush/Sewn product - does factory have metal detection AND needlepolicy?

　　工廠生產(chǎn)毛絨填充玩具或者車縫產(chǎn)品時(shí)，是否有金屬探測儀和斷針/鋒利工具的管控程序？

　　Verify the factory has and uses metal detection & broken needle control.

　　1) All product must pass through metal detector2) Records must support all product passes through metal detector3) A documented needle management system must exist4) Needle log must be accurate and up to dateNot Applicable will apply if the factory can provide acceptable justification as to why metaldetection and needle control is not applicable to the product manufactured.

　　核查工廠有并使用金屬探測儀和斷針控制程序。

　　1) 所有產(chǎn)品必須通過金屬探測儀測試。

　　2) 是否有記錄，證明所有產(chǎn)品通過了金屬探測儀測試。

　　如果工廠能提供可接受的正當(dāng)理由，說明所生產(chǎn)毛絨填充玩具或者車縫產(chǎn)品無需金屬驗(yàn)測和做斷針控制，則選記錄"不適用Not Applicable"。

　　工廠生產(chǎn)有兒童年齡限制的產(chǎn)品時(shí)，是否可以進(jìn)行"正常使用和濫用"的測試？

　　Verify the following:

　　1) Appropriate "drop test area" per ASTM F963 requirement2) Calibrated pull test gauge with appropriate "tooling" for product3) Calibrated torque test equipment appropriate for products currently being produced at the factory4) Based on the product design; additional safety testing equipment may be necessaryNot Applicable can be recorded If the factory is sending product out for Use & Abuse testing to a3rd party testing lab per a defined frequency based on a risk assessment.

　　Not Applicable will apply if the products manufactured do not have age grading.

　　核查工廠以下的測試能力：

　　1）與ASTM F963要求相符的"產(chǎn)品跌落測試"的設(shè)備。

　　2）通過校驗(yàn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力測試儀, 且配備適合產(chǎn)品的夾具。

　　4）根據(jù)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)，其他可能需要的安全測試設(shè)備。

　　如果工廠按照一個(gè)經(jīng)過風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估的既定頻率，送產(chǎn)品到第三方實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行正常使用和濫用的測試，則記錄為"不適用Not Applicable"。

　　如果該測試并不適用于生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品的適用年齡段，選用"不適用 NotApplicable" Toys and Children's Hardgoods productAre there records indicating that all appropriate test equipment areused by factory QC at defined milestones or production frequencies?

　　工廠有否記錄顯示，所有的測試設(shè)備是由QC按照規(guī)定生產(chǎn)階段或頻率來使用？

　　1) Records must show that First of Production Units are tested as appropriate2) Records must show that additional "ongoing" testing takes place by factory QC per a defined anddocumented frequency (minimal requirement is once per lot)1) 記錄必須顯示首件產(chǎn)品必須經(jīng)過相應(yīng)的測試。

　　2) 記錄必須顯示進(jìn)行的持續(xù)性測試項(xiàng)目是由工廠QC 按文件規(guī)定的 頻率完成（每個(gè)生產(chǎn)批次最少做一次測試。

　　核查一系列合格的產(chǎn)品測試報(bào)告，以確定這些測試報(bào)告是由一個(gè)CPSC認(rèn)定第三方實(shí)驗(yàn)室出具的。

　　1) HI POT equipment and records indicating Factory QC uses it at a defined frequency (100% ACproduct must be HI POT tested)2) Records indicating that "supplier" QC of the electrical sub-assembly used HI POT test equipmentat "supplying" factory (records must indicate 100% of the AC sub-assembly product was HI POTtested)Not Applicable will apply if all products manufactured are not AC powered.

　　Required for both AC & DC product. Observations and records must indicate Multi-meter is beingused for basic test or verification activities.

　　適用于交直流電器產(chǎn)品。觀察數(shù)據(jù)與記錄必須表明萬用表正用于基本測試或相關(guān)核實(shí)用途中。
